
BILL BIANCANIELLO
Chief Executive Officer
Bill is a strategic visionary with exceptional technical skills and a career-long track record of successfully leading organizations through changes in markets, technology, and business conditions, both domestically and internationally. He is a proven leader with the ability to grow businesses by providing vision, defining strategy, building winning teams, growing revenue, and improving profitability while increasing customer satisfaction.
Bill holds a master's degree in Operations Management from De Paul University and an Engineering Degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the Center for Intelligent Supply Networks at the University of Texas at Dallas. Additionally, he is a member of Business Navigators, a nonprofit organization dedicated to furthering the core values of servant leadership and trusted relationships, promoting the entrepreneurial environment, and developing the next generation of executives through educational and charitable activities in the Dallas/Fort Worth community.

ROBERT DUNAWAY
Chief Revenue Officer
Robert has over four decades of proven business experience in the delivery of complex technology solutions to the commercial and defense marketplace globally. His career and accomplishments have enabled him to develop highly effective expertise in Business Development/Sales, Product Development & Strategy, Program/Project Management, Implementation & Systems Engineering, Technical Operations, Marketing, Channel Development, and Business Operations. He has a history of developing very effective teams and organizations that deliver tremendous results for customers and the businesses he has been involved. Additionally, he is well-versed in technologies and programs supporting US national security interests and defense needs. Robert is an enthusiastic and motivated leader with a strong desire to succeed through innovation and teamwork.

MICHAEL TEBRINKE
Director of Technical Operations
Michael excels in helping companies translate their business goals into reality. His passion for developing people, systems, tools, and processes that improve operational and financial performance is an important factor in maintaining WINSYSTEMS’ continued growth and success.
Outside the office, Michael enjoys woodworking, reading, and spending time with his family.
BARBARA BIGGS
Director of Human Resources
Barbara is a Human Resources strategic business partner with over 30 years of generalist HR background in commercial and consumer electronics sales, distribution, and service industries. She has extensive experience successfully managing HR communications and transactions encompassing corporate restructuring, relocations, and systems changes.
She is well-versed in all aspects of Human Resources, including talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, compliance, and payroll. Her primary focus is to create and maintain a positive and rewarding work environment, where employees feel valued and have the space to learn and be creative.
Barbara holds a bachelor's degree with honors in Psychology from the University of Texas at Dallas and is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resource Management.
KEITH THOMAS
Director of Operations and Production
Keith is the primary liaison between the manufacturing and design engineering departments at WINSYSTEMS. His 40+ years of extensive experience in the electronics industry includes more than 30 years as a senior manager in electronic manufacturing, SMT management, and process engineering. He is a key participant in product development reviews, ensuring engineering and manufacturing operations are fully aligned and prepared to support upcoming initiatives and products.
Keith's considerable expertise is a key factor in our ability to deliver high-quality products essential to our many clients.
LISA BASCOM
Director of Marketing
Lisa Bascom joined WINSYSTEMS as Marketing Manager in January 2025. She has more than 20 years of broad marketing experience with proven expertise in building visibility and credibility for technical B2B products and services in the telecommunications, networking and connectivity, and enterprise solutions markets.
A hands-on professional and seasoned leader of cross-functional marketing, her experience working in companies of all sizes – from start-ups to large multinational companies – has enabled her to successfully create and deliver numerous product introductions and marketing communications programs delivered across all media channels including traditional, digital and experiential.
Lisa earned her Masters of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and holds a B.S. from Trinity University.
CHUCK ROYES
Controller
Chuck joined WINSYSTEMS in March 2017 and brings a broad range of accounting experience to his role as Controller. He leads the cost and financial accounting operations and is responsible for cash flow management. Chuck also oversees the supply chain management operation which resides within the Finance department. As a member of the WINSYSTEMS Leadership Team, Chuck is responsible for preparing the annual budget, and regular financial forecasts and briefing the Leadership Team and Board of Directors on forecasts and performance to budget.
Chuck joined WINSYSTEMS after 19 years at a large, multi-national cutting tool distributor where he served in various roles in the Finance organization, including Assistant Controller. Prior to that tenure, Chuck held accounting positions at companies in the information technology, pharmaceutical, and retail industries.
Chuck earned a BBA in Accounting from Loyola University New Orleans and an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Chuck is a member of Toastmasters International and enjoys an active fitness lifestyle and spending time with his family.
