Q3, 2015 – WINSYSTEMS is pleased to announce and welcome Dustin Wilson as a new addition to the Sales and Marketing department. Dustin will be the Sales Engineer representing the central United States. He will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, implementation and serve as the team’s technical support expert.
Originally from Arlington, Texas, Dustin attended the University of North Texas and obtained his degree in Electrical Engineering. He has years of experience in the rail industry and worked as a signal design engineer where he designed and created railroad crossings that were interconnected with traffic signals. In addition to designing in CAD and following strict government regulation, he worked with customers and enjoyed solving problems. His passion for electronics and computers has made his transition an easy one as Dustin is an avid learner and tech enthusiast. Dustin is most excited about working with WINSYSTEMS customers to enhance their embedded experience and helping accelerate their designs.
Dustin is also remarkable in his personal life. Committed to service, he went through the process of donating bone marrow to a person in need. All he knows about the woman that received his donation is that she is 67 years old and was dying of leukemia. Only a month after getting Dustin’s bone marrow, she was cured and discharged from the hospital. He says that even though it is a painful process, he will continue to donate again as it is all for the greater good and there was nothing more rewarding than when he found out he was able to make someone’s life better. Dustin’s commitment to helping people in his personal and professional life will only benefit our customers and employees who have the pleasure to work with him.
Welcome to the team, Dustin!
